Safety
Age and minors policy
2026-08-01
Minimum age
Readendar is intended for people aged 16 or over. A person under 16 must not create or use an account, even if local data-protection law would permit consent at a lower age. We do not currently offer a verified parental-consent flow or child-directed accounts.
Information for parents and guardians
If you believe a child under 16 has an account, email hello@readendar.com with enough information for us to locate it. Do not send identity documents unless we request a proportionate verification method. We will investigate promptly, restrict the account where appropriate and delete it if it does not meet the age requirement.
Protection of young users
Users must never sexualise, groom, exploit, threaten or solicit personal or intimate information from a minor. Content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is prohibited and may be preserved and reported where the law requires.
Young users should not publish their home address, school timetable, live location, private contact details or other information that could expose them to harm. Public links can be opened by anyone who receives them.
Reporting a concern
For suspected illegal content, use the Illegal-content notice process. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Readendar is not an emergency or child-protection authority.
Social
Social profiles, follows, public indexing, reviews and reactions are available only to account holders who meet Readendar’s minimum age of 16. Do not create a profile for a younger child or publish a minor’s personal information. Report suspected child-safety content immediately through the content-reporting process.
